Domestic & international shipping

• Shipping within the United States (including US territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) is $4.99 for Uninsured through USPS First class. Insured shipping is a bit extra at $8.99. After $80 worth of merchandise is purchased shipping is then free within the United States and US territories when using the code FREESHIP80 at checkout.

• International shipping is calculated upon purchase based on weight. Uninsured shipping is minimum $15 and goes up depending order size up to $42. Insured shipping through UPS is flat rate $45. Shipping weights for uninsured options is calculated at checkout so you don’t have to worry about all the boring stuff.
  

returns & exchanges

• Returns will NOT be accepted on primed blanks or customs. These pieces are printed and painted per order. Exchanges may be accepted on primed blanks only if you feel that the quality of the primed blank was not as you expected and/or you wish to have a different dragon.

• Return shipping MUST be paid by the custom on exchanges as well as a $10 returns fee.

• As is the nature of resin 3d printed pieces, some smaller points may arrive damaged or broken. While I try my absolute best with these pieces to ensure the most secure of packaging, things do happen. I’m just one person and I’m not perfect either. These are handmade pieces, especially the hand painted customs. Should your piece arrive broken but repairable and you have the means to do so, sand each side of the brake (the piece that broke off as well as the part from which it broke off from) and add some cyanoacrylate super glue to the sanded surface of one side of the break. Gently hold the part on the area from which it broke from for about 30 seconds. The super glue will binds the break back together chemically. Take care to not touch the break fro at least 5 minutes at the super glue fully hardens. It is VERY important that the super glue use is LIQUID and not GEL. Gel super glue does not bond the resin together in the same way that liquid super glue does. All orders over $40 will come with complementary sandpaper and super glue repair kits.

• I am not responsible once a package leaves my hands. It is up to you to choose the correct shipping option for your package. Packages shipped within the US include $100 insurance on all packages as part of the flat rate $8.99 insured shipping option. International packages have 2 different shipping options, USPS First Class Worldwide-No Insurance Included and UPS Worldwide Expedited-Insurance Included. UPS Worldwide Includes up to $100 insurance should anything go wrong during shipping.
